Upload a PNG, JPG, WebP or SVG and it is placed on a clean square in the centre. When a logo is present we switch to the highest error correction level, which lets the code stay readable with about a quarter of it covered. The logo takes only about a fifth of the width, well inside that limit.
Choose your brand colour for the dots and keep the background light. Dark dots on white scan fastest. Light dots on a dark background fail on many phones, and the page warns you when the contrast is too low. Round dots look friendlier, while the three corner squares stay square so scanners find them.
Always test the finished code on two phones before printing.

Questions
Is my logo uploaded?
No. It is read by your browser and drawn into the code locally.
Why does a big logo break the code?
The logo hides part of the pattern. Past the error correction limit, the phone cannot rebuild the missing squares, so keep it small.
