What is free and what is paid?
Static codes are free and unlimited: link, Wi-Fi, contact, email and text, with colours, logo, PNG and SVG. Dynamic codes, editing, scan stats and CSV export need the paid plan.
Do my free codes ever expire?
No. A static code holds the data in the pattern and does not depend on our server.
How do I log in?
There is no password. After you pay you get a private manage link that works as your login. Bookmark it.
Can I cancel?
Yes, from the receipt Stripe emails you. Printed dynamic codes keep forwarding after you cancel, but editing and stats stop.
Do you track the people who scan?
We keep the time, a two-letter country and the device type for each scan of a dynamic code. No IP address or cookie is stored.
Can I use a code on a product I sell?
Yes. Codes you make are yours. Dynamic codes only work while our service runs, so for anything meant to last decades, use a static code.
