For every dynamic code the dashboard shows the total, a bar chart of the last 30 days, the countries scans came from and the mix of phones, tablets and desktops. Put two codes on two flyers and the totals tell you which placement works.
Need the raw data? One button exports every scan as a CSV with the code, its name, the time, the country and the device. Open it in a spreadsheet and build whatever chart you need. Link previews from chat apps are marked as bots and left out of the counts.
How to do it
- Use a different dynamic code for each placement.
- Give each one a name such as Window poster or Table 4.
- Compare the totals in the dashboard, or export the CSV.
Questions
Can I see who scanned?
No, and that is on purpose. We store a country code and device type only, so scans cannot be traced to a person.
How long is data kept?
For as long as the code exists. Deleting a code deletes its scan history.
